About Verdell’s Rum Cakes

In the 1950s these cakes started with my grandmother, Verdell, and was passed to her two daughters. Now, the 3rd generation carries the torch in recreating the same flavorful dessert!

Using the original cake as a template, we expanded the cake flavors while pairing them with rums from many Caribbean countries and Polynesian islands. If you are in the mood for rum from Barbados, St. Croix. or even Hawaii, this is your sweet treat!
