  1. Is all of the Rum baked out of your cakes?

    • Short answer- Not if it’s done right!. Long answer - Only some of the alcohol is baked out of our cakes, but the rich flavors of the rum is added back with the glaze, ganache, and rum-infused buttercream.

  2. How should these be stored?

    1. Non-refrigeration:

      • Our cakes can be stored for up to 30 days sealed on a shelf. Those cakes with buttercream and or fruit (raisins or berries) are recommended for up to 2 weeks on a shelf. Be sure to place item into Ziploc bag or use original packaging for storing.

    2. Refrigeration:

      • Our cakes can be stored for up to 30 days in a refrigerator. Be sure to place item into Ziploc bag or use original packaging for storing.

    3. Freezer:

      • ANY of our rum cakes can have an extended shelf life in a freezer and be stored for up to 1 year. Be sure to place item into Ziploc bag or use original packaging for storing.

  3. Can my cakes be frozen?

    • Yes, all of our products can be frozen!

  4. What’s the best way to eat Rum cakes?

    • Many enjoy our rum cakes at room temperature, there are others who like it warmed up slightly, and yet others who like it cold with a dollop of ice cream. Which ever way you enjoy it, who’s going to judge!

  5. Do these cakes have dairy?

    • Yes, all of our cakes are made with dairy products and walnuts by default. We can attempt to accommodate special orders that only exclude nuts.

Return Policy.

Our products are shipped via USPS 3-day delivery. This time frame will ensure the freshness of your vacuum-sealed cakes. As we know, there can be issues that arise with a package that is in transit. Our goal is to make sure that you are delighted with our products. If you encounter any issues with the shipment of your order, please contact us so that we can make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund of the product (not to include the shipping).
